Those leaves look like what I have thought to be mosaic virus in Hippeastrum and Narcissus. They are not clear enough to be sure, and sure in this case, absent testing, is only a guess. If it were my plant it would be headed to the trash bag. I've had too many plants come in like that, develop further, and in some cases infect others, to be willing to take the risk. Truly, better safe than sorry. There are lots more plants easily available.
