I once sought to rescue some Zephyranthes growing on an abandoned property that was for sale.  I emailed the real estate company that listed it and they did not respond.  I went ahead and dug them before the property was sold and developed.  I believe, if you pressed them, they would deny you permission (even thought they probably don't care about the bulbs) due to legal liability issues -- if you got hurt, they might be sued.  I suggest you just dig them and not contact the realtors.
