What a year for Lachenalia seedlings! With the wetter than normal winter last year and rain coming early this fall (autumn) they have multiplied enormously and have appeared in considerable numbers in fresh potting soil and even in seedling mix. Worst of all, the seedlings have appeared to almost choke the nerines. I have to remove these intruders as soon as spot them but it's not a job I can keep up with. Does anyone else have this problem with Lachenalias? Andrew
