I would say it is normal. Mine volunteer all over the garden.

Some few weeks ago I thought I saw a message regarding the poor
germination of the seeds of this plant. I got some from
Silverhill, and they are germinating extremely well after just a
few weeks so I wonder if this is possible, or did I get
something else?
