The species is most likely meant to be Hymenocallis imperialis. I'm pretty sure there is no "Hemerocallis imperialis;" Hemerocallis do not have bulbs. Hymenocallis do have bulbs. The Hymenocallis will need to be protected from frost and freezing in winter. It should also be kept on the dry side then. In spring, when danger of frost is past, move the pot outdoors in full sun or light shade, water and feed well.
