Oca

Dear Friends,
I should have mentioned the wiki site which is very good.
http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/…
The flowers are small and yellow.
I should have counted on Mark to get a range of 'fixin's'.
They are sold in the super market as Oca, but they have to searched
on the store's computer where clerks want them to be okra (NOT
RELATED).
These must be a new 'improved' variety because the tubers
are larger than any I have seen and very sweet tasting.
Worth searching out for taste as well as curiosity
value. Best Jim
