What's blooming week of 16 January

Hi,
We too have here in South of Poland very mild winter this year, but plants
in gardens I can see seem to wait with their growth - maybe for "true"
winter...
At home, Eucharis grandiflora surprise me starting to flower - first flower
opened today...
