Nerine bowdenii pots are just finishing blooming in our frosty rain starved No. Calif. valley. They have been blooming since November. Their dark pink crinkled blossoms sparkle with dew or frost in the morning sun. A real delight! One of my pots is 20 yrs old. However, I had to bring them in last night because our frosty valley had an unusual hard freeze 25F last night. But this has been an unusual year. For the first time in memory our summer roses have given us a late fall-winter bioom. Our mantle is adorned with blossoms.
