Seed germinating in chiller

I have a number of pots of frit seed in my garden fridge at 4°C. I saw today that 1 F. karelinii has germinated. Should I now take the pot out and put it in the bulb frame or leave it to see if more appear and risk losing the first, which is already looking rather drawn?
Incidentally the picture on the wiki of this species looks nothing like the same species as shown on the Fritillaria Group page.
