I spoke to a lovely quarantine officer who checked out my case& realized they made a mistake.
The officer said he couldn't understand why the mail checking officer didn't see the names on the envelope I'n the first place& then he also missed the slip with the names coinciding with the numbers.

I asked if Dell can continue with the easiest method to tackle a tough job, by using numbers on packets& he said thats ok...... But reminded me an officer might miss the name slip because its small,& just let them know If they miss another one I'n the future.
