This is a message from the PBS website for janemcgary.
I was in contact with Dennis Tsang, Hong Kong under1990 century o
the beginning of the 2000s, we changed bulbs. Then we lost each
other. I would be enormously grateful if he is a member of you that
you convey this or give me his email address

MARGARETA,
I do not know what is going on in China presently, but Dennis told
me (email) that he would no longer be communicating with us (the
U.S.. He and I communicated via email at least once or twice a
week. We traded bulbs regularly. I contacted people for him that he
could not seem to contact.
I think that he may not be allowed to contact U.S. He traveled to
many places in the world - primarily So. America Where he collected
many RARE bulbs and seeds. I have been the benefactor of one of those
trips (Hippeastrum intiflorum. Currently, I am the only source of them
in the world (and I thank him every year when they bloom).
That is all that I know and it may be all that there is to about
Dennis currently.
Sincerely, Doug Westfall
