Hi Mary Sue, I'm tempted to suggest the creation of separate lists for discussion and the BX, the former to be digested (or ignored) at will, but I suppose the drawbacks could be severe. I must say that the I find the inability of some of our new members to use google or spell, a bit of a bummer. Filtering certain people straight into the trash is probably the best solution though.
