It depends greatly on where you are moving to from Hawaii if that is where you are from. If you are moving to an "ag" state such as California , Louisiana, Texas etc you will have a very difficult time moving your collection legally. Unless things have changed you must prove your plants are nematode free. I don't think individuals can get this like a normal phyto. Nurseries there go though a process to get nematode free status. People mail stuff from Hawaii all the time without going through the "proper channels" and don't seem to have many problems. If an ag inspector tells you they can't give you a nematode phyto but that you can have it inspected in the receiving state, they are lying. They've done that before then alerted the inspectors in other states that "illegal" shipments were coming.
