I have bought the "Grow Bulbs - New" on the Botanical Society of South
Africa site:
https://secure.botanicalsociety.org.za/index.php (now as one of "Flora:
South Africa" item) for very good price (ZAR 201,75) - though postage was
more than half of the price (ZAR 128,50) and the book arrived after more
than two months. ZAR 1.00 is about US $ 0.123.
