Birds/oops

You are so fortunate. But we have sunbirds in South Africa which have glorious neon colors. They love the nectar of most flowers, particularly hibiscuses. I still have to work out when they visit as it seems to be somewhat seasonal and I have moved to a new town and a garden that needs more bird attracting shrubs.

**OOps sorry about the no-message message.
I watched Hummingbirds in one flower bed while I was working today.
They went to my Crocosmias, my Daylilies, the Cannas, and my species
Fuchsias. I didn't see any around the Impatiens balfouri or the
Abutilons, but I may have missed them.
We have dozens of Hummingbirds. I have to duck at times, they go for my hat.
Here in coastal Northern California, Anna's Hummingbirds are year round
residents and Allen's Hummingbirds are seasonal visitors. The Anna's
are regular visitors, if not residents of my garden.
