Importing Hippeastrum to Mexico advice

Dear all

After 3 weeks I am still trying to find out who may be able to supply bulbs
to me in La Paz, BCS, Mexico.

Any advice on who may send them here would be much appreciated.

I am new to this and would appreciate any advice on the required documents
to help prevent customs taking my bulbs. Is it normal for the sender and/or
myself to get the necessary paper work?

Please help!
