Your Hipp. reticulatum

Arnold,

I pegged those bulbs from the seminar as hybrids when I saw them. They are
easier to grow than the real thing, however.

Best,
Alan

Alan;

The leaf stripe is more yellowish white. I picked the bulb up at our
last IBS seminar in Lake Charles which was three or four years ago. The
bulb has behaved rather oddly. It sends up growth in early winter and
the leaves die back and the flower scape appears. I have kept it under
HID lights until the flower opens then I bring it into a room so the
flower can be enjoyed.
