California ornamental stcok no longer allowed to be shipped into Florida

Lovely, I just received a letert from Florida DPI notifying that California stco will no longer beallowed into Florida since California will not disclose the info regarding the nursureis/source of SOD (sudden oak death), no not SIDS, SOD.
Red tape at its finest.
