Advantages of living near ethnic neighborhoods;

Indian grocery stores in this region of central New Jersey sell "Suran". I
purchased some tubers, cheap, about $2.99/lb, a big one being $5-$8, each
with intact main growing points, and now i have some nice Amorphophallus
paeoniifolius plants.

Pathmark in Elizabeth, NJ had "yautia" - Xanthosoma tubers.
