In fact, I could have done with a lot fewer seeds for a much cheaper price. But that seems to be how they do it. I also ordered a number of more unusual Chilean species, and maybe because of their unusualness and my ineptness at germinating the more difficult species, I didn't get any germination from a few of them. However, the ones that did germinate germinated quite well. For one species they even sent me an email asking if they could hold up my order until the seeds from one of their suppliers arrived shortly (which was fine with me). I don't know how long they hold onto their seed stock or under what conditions they store it. I guess I had mixed results. But they seem professional enough, and, again, I don't know if it was my fault or theirs for the failures. --Lee Poulsen Pasadena area, California, USDA Zone 9-10
