Paeonia--TOW

Dear All,

Jim Waddick has sent me an introduction for Paeonia that he has spent a lot
of time on. He says now is a good time to think about growing it since fall
is the time to plant. He also has time to answer questions now too so I
hope there will be a lot of them. His introduction will be in two parts and
we can talk about it like we did Gethyllis for an extended period of time.
I'll post the first one in the next email.
