I put "hyb." in there because the person I got them from believed they were some kind of G. liboniana hybrid. He didn't say whether it was a cross with another species or a cross between two varieties of liboniana. Kevin says my pictures are of the species, so my source appears to be wrong. This is good to know. I, or Mary Sue if I can't, should change the caption and remove the "hyb." designation. The same thing is true about my G. espiritensis (which came from a different source). I don't know if Kevin can tell from the photo if it's the species or not. If it is the species, I can remove the "hyb." from its caption too. Of course Kevin knows what real hybrids look like since he's breeding a number of them. I hope he shares pictures of them when then finally bloom! --Lee Poulsen Pasadena area, California, USDA Zone 9-10 On Jul 28, 2004, at 9:35 AM, piaba wrote: > i guess i wasn't clear in my question. i know these > are species, i even grow one of them. > > the caption in lee's pics say "hyb." after the species > name, so it's confusing. that's what i'm referring > to. > > > tsuh yang
