I am relatively new to Ferraria potted culture, but mine seem to crave water during growth, sucking the pot dry fairly rapidly. I have a Ferraria crispa v. nortieri in bloom right now, the image of which can be seen at Bulbmeister.COM in the gallery. Besides their very unusual appearance, I really enjoy the fragrance.
