Accented Characters and Special Symbols

Doesn't Windows XP come with the handy-dandy CharMap utility that
previous versions have? It should be in the Accessories folder under
the Start menu, and will let you easily access any special characters
available to the fonts you are using.
Yes - Character Map is in the Accessories folder, System Tools sub folder,
accessed via the Start menu.
