growing species tulips from seed

I planted Tulipa sprengeri and Tulipa sprengeri 'Trotter's Form' this fall. Looking forward to seeing flowers in
four years.

years from seed.
It won't self sow everywhere, I'm afraid - but it is a very lovely tulip/
