Zephyranthes fosterii

Alani:
Z. macrosiphon has been in the trade as Z. fosteri since at least 1990, when the late JC Raulston got bulbs and further distributed them under the incorrect name, so there are lots of them out there. I don't recall his original source.

Ina that is curious and I admit to not having kept up with rainlily taxonomy entirely but the Zephs I have been growing as Z. fosteri bloom predominately in late spring (May occationally repeat in early June) while Z macrosiphon does really get going until mid July through August plus the bulbs seem a little different to me with macrosiphon offsetting much faster. Curious!

been suggested it is Z. marcrosiphon. Is it?
