Tulipa sprengeri was growing species tulips from seed

Makiko, I have found Tulipa saxatillis is one which keeps coming back
and flowering for me. It doesn't set seed, but does multiply with offsets.

This is Auckland, New Zealand, equivalent to Zone 10a.

Am trying my hand at a lot more species to see which will do well here
without chilling. A bit like Tony Advent.....
