Phaedranassa tunguraguae - leaf issues

This resembles damage i've seen caused by foliar thrips on my Phragmipedium
seedlings. But the cultprits were readily visible on my plants, whereas I
see no signs of them on your plants. I'm guessing you have something
else. :-/

Hi
These seedlings were grown from BX335 seed and seem to be doing very
well, except i noticed some leaf blotches.
a close up inspection reveals something has been eating the underside of
the leaves - but no critters present.
Can anyone offer some ideas or remedies? is this serious or thrips or ?
