Massonia seedlings

Can anyone provide advice on when is the best
time to transplant a pot full of Massonia
seedlings into individual pots?
I don't transplant any bulb seedlings until after at least two growing seasons.
I think Massonia, or anything with fairly large flesh roots, can be transplanted quite
easily while in active growth if the soil is very loose and they can be unpotted without
root damage. I agree transplanting during dormancy is much less risky, but with a little
care, transplanting during active growth should be no problem.
