Yes, I agree about the tazettas. Surely there are some that have a sweet scent, without that strong component that smells like rubber-making in the jungle. I'm not sure which part of the process has that smell, as it has been about 40 years since my pupils took me on a visit to see rubber being coagulated and hung in sheets to dry, like a line of irregularly shaped towels.
