I just won an auction for this seed, Roy, anyone? can you tell me
what this is? I'm a sucker to order anything I have never seen
before. (Same in restaurants too, my mother hated me growing up

Great pic! But I'm not certain from what I read on eBay that what
you're getting is the species shown in the picture. Anyhow you can't
go wrong with alstros, regardless of the species (or hybrid), unless
the seed is old and then viability may be a problem.
Good luck and keep us informed as to how they germinate and then what
the plants and inflorescence (s)look like.
