Looks like a bulb fly. A search on google.com with the search string amaryllis +"bulb fly" turned up a number of hits, including one from NCSU, which said in part (including a few spelling oopses): "Host Plants - The narcissus bulb fly has been reported to infest amaryllis, daffodil, Galtonia, Flanthus, hyacinth, Iris, lilies, Leucofum, Narcissus, Scilla, tulips, and Vallota."
