Ismene 'Sulfur Queen'
J.E. Shields (Fri, 02 Jul 2010 13:22:50 PDT)
Hi Adam,
Years ago I used to have Sulphur Queen, Pax, Festalis, Advance,
longipetala, and amancaes. None of the hybrids ever set seed for me, in
spite of often diligent pollinating on my part. I think they were not
pleased with the summer climate here in the Midwest as far reproduction is
concerned.

I have a yellow Ismene which I assume is 'Sulfur Queen'./ it has no
pollen. Is this characteristic? and does anyone know if it is pod fertile?
