I have a small collection of Nerine sarniensis hybrids, some from a former hybridizer here in Victoria, and some bought from Cistus in Oregon. ( They have about 20 named forms, but they are not in the currently available list. ) I do not manage mine well enough to get them all to flower each year, but I'm gradually improving. Mine are in pots and need fertilizer and summer water. I have quite a few Quest, a purple one, so I planted some in the garden next to some N. bowdenii. No flowers as yet, so I don't know whether they have survived. I should have planted them next to something with different leaves. I also have about three forms of bowdenii and seedlings of several species.
