Jacob Thanks for these photos. I've been watching this plant for 4 yr with anticipation and then discovered that it was just coming into bloom the day before I left for a week trip. I instructed the staff to photograph it for me but sofar noone has sent me any photos. I don't recall the origin of this bulb but we got a number of interesting things like it from the 'discontinued' UC Irvine collection in 2004.
