Any thoughts on Chile Flora?

I have ordered from Chile Flora in the past and have had no problems and the
seed has been good. I have see criticism, maybe on this List, maybe on the
SRGC Forum, from Alberto Costillo expressing doubts about the company from a
conservation point of view though.
