Install 7-zip from https://www.7-zip.org/ and you can ectract the individual files from the rar file. How big are these photo's and what kind are the (jpeg, gif, ....) Why eoukd you burn it on a DVD if you downloaded itfrom the Cloud. As long as nobody deleted it others could download it from the Cloud too. Probably the other person(s) only need the credentials to download.
