Uli Nymphaea information; Question about BX 440-2

There was a question about BX 440-1, Nymphaea species blue. You can find Uli's previous text on this blue Nymphaea if you search for BX 412 and 373.

Uli, I have a question for you. BX 440-2 was
2. Cyrtanthus sp. ex. John Lavranos
Is this the same plant as:
BX 412-26
Cyrtanthus sp. or Strumaria sp.. Same type of bulb, fleshy above ground, even more bulbils, no flower as well. Identity is not certain, so far unflowered. From John Lavranos.

Either way, would you be able to provide more information? Is there a collection number or locality? Do you recall where you got it?
