Fiction Authors Get It Wrong

Oh, come on folks! What about "willing suspension of disbelief"--a
pretty necessary attribute for any consumer of fiction. Without some
(sometimes really out there) artistic license, much of what we regard
as entertainment wouldn't exist.

Picking out wrong plants and birds is half the fun. Does anyone think
Tarzan would have gotten made if if HAD to be filmed in Africa for
total fidelity (and who says E.R.B. was right in the books anyway...).
