You also sent in a Manfreda from Nanchititla two years ago. From these seeds two distinct plants came up. One, the Manfreda, looks like M. nanchititlensis, the other is surely a Polianthes species. Do you know which ones grow in the area? I have a feeling from Verhoek's work that it is a form of geminiflora with very broad leaves.
