Eriospermum mackenii

Hello,
I've bought this year 2 bulbs of Eriospermum mackenii from 2 different
european sellers. One was leafing and the other not, and today the
situation is unchanged.
I can't find if this species is a summer or a winter growing one... could
you help me please?
