My suggestion would be to split it in two. A email with a summary of the
items of the bx or sx without the ordering part etcetera send via the relay
of the pacific bulb society email address for everybody subscribed to pbs
list. Another mail directly from dell's or steve's email address for bx and
sx offerings only to paying members.
