The little plants known as Bulbocodium vernum and Merendera trigyna are beginning to bloom today. The former is also known as Colchicum vernum, and the latter is also known as Bulbocodium trigynum. From a distance, they look like frail crocus. Also in bloom - still in bloom - is Colchicum kesselringii. This has been blooming for over a month.
