I am generally anti-pink except for pale and wonderful Camellias. However, what used to be known as Schizostylis coccinea 'Mrs. Hegarty' makes a delightful fall display. They are almost invasive for me, but are fairly easy to pull, so can be kept in bounds with a minimum of effort. And everyone who happens by is enchanted -- so, of course, I keep them.
