Dear all, I would like to than Robin and Diana for their interest in the Oxalis, the photo of which I recently put onto the WIKI. I'd particularly like to thank Robin for his reference to Barbara Jeppe's book, as his reference does fit my plant reasonably well, apart from the 12cms tall (nearly five inches, whereas mine at most is two). However, I looked up the plant in Salter and the description is a reasonable fit, including the purple reverse to the leaves. I also noted that on the opposite page there is another, related species described which is named O. ioeides - perhaps the origin of the (incorrect) name that I had with the plant, O. oreoides. What's more, that plant is also similar in some ways. I think that its now time to wait for the flowering season to finish, so that I can examine the bulbs at my leisure. I'll let you know what I find. Once again, my thanks. Best regards, David Victor
