Dear All, My favorite pink bulb is Tulipa saxatilis. It isn't spectacular, but it has alot going for it. It goes flat open during the day -bright pink with a yellow center, the ??only fragrant tulip??, And tough. It persists unattended on the rocky cliffs of Crete and year after year under a tree in my office lawn. It gets regular summer water with the lawn, heat to 100+ F in the summer, occasional chill to 28F in the winter, and nothing else. Yet it greets me year after year. Sincerely, Bob Werra-Northern Calif.
