Pro Lycoris versus nothing

Well, I don't have too many Lycoris (and frankly the
ones I do have have not flowered for me) but I have to
vote for Lycoris.
I have quite a few Amaryllis and they don't flower
that much either but some of them are still small.
They were from Les Hannibal's collection when that was
dispursed.
To me, I think Lycoris are infinitely more attractive
and elegant. Amaryllis are just big showy baffons with
little attraction other than cheap flash.
But, that is just my 2 cents.
