Changes have been made to the Hieronymiella genus in the Wiki. Among others, H. marginata together with images, now appears. Many suggestions, from both within and outside this list-site, were made to me. Multiple genera, in addition to Hieronymiella, were included in the possibilities. The Hippeastrum family is large! Based on the Herbertia article referenced in the accompanying text the species name H. marginata was selected. Others, including 'H. argentina' have, since that article was published, been subsumed beneath it. One annoying issue is that a Kew article http://kew.org/science/tropamerica/… tmshows shows an image of that species. According to its author, the image ID is incorrect. There also appears to be one matter that is not, in my opinion, fully resolved - whether the species is hysteranthous. People more knowledgeable about this topic than myself could probably address it. For now, at least, this is the species chosen. I'd like to thank everyone who has participated, either directly or indirectly, in the identification process - Alessandro, Alberto, Alan, Rob, Lee and Mary Sue. Andrew Wilson San Diego
