That book will take you step by step and explains how the enthusiest can do it....if your doing tissue culture i think your an enthusiest. The most difficult thing I had was keeping things sterile. A small room like a wash room where you can control the lights, humidity, and cleanliness easier helps alot. An aquarium will work but you will get elotation from sunlight. I did cactus and agave and had great results. I would also look at the kits on http://www.hometissueculture.org/ thats wat i used to get started.
