Un-known bulb

When I was out yesterday, I found this bulb. In a garden, there was no
name. It consists of 3 parts, 3 joined together bulbs. There were
fragments of paper thin tissue like skin around the bulb. It measures
3cms across the widest part (just over 1 inch). Does it look like
anything anyone has seen and perhaps knows what I picked up?
